A personalized and accessible practice

Iyengar Yoga classes are carefully adapted to each participant. How can Iyengar support your recovery?

Iyengar Yoga is increasingly integrated into rehabilitation programs worldwide, with research showing benefits for chronic pain, cancer rehabilitation, neurological recovery, and emotional well-being. Among many other benefits, yoga can support recovery from illness or injury by improving physical function, breath, and mental clarity.

  • Teaches self-knowledge and gives self-confidence – Patients learn about their own bodies and how to overcome their limitations in safe surroundings.

  • Strengthening Body & Mind – Enhances physical capacity, mental focus, will-power and resilience, supporting recovery and rehabilitation.

  • Encourage Emotional Stability – Encourages self-regulation, reducing fear and anxiety while fostering a stable healing process.

  • Equips with lifelong skills – Equips patients with simple, practical techniques they can continue to use beyond hospitalization to support independent, long-term health management.
