With Iyengar Yoga, we use props to ensure a safe practice for patients with diverse conditions without compromising safety. We build a tailored sequence for each patient. We maintain the motivation, morale, and engagement so that patients can practice autonomously. This way, patients become more involved in their recovery journey.
Medical staff also benefit, gaining practical tools to manage stress, mitigate the effects of burnout, and stay resilient.

Our journey started in 2011 with Israel’s first rehabilitative yoga unit at Reuth Medical Center in Tel Aviv. From there, we’ve expanded to hospitals like Sha’are Tsedek (Helmsley Cancer Center) and Soroka Medical Center in Be’er Sheva—bringing healing to all communities.
